Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently offer flat-rate shipping across the U.S.:

• Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75
• Express Shipping (1-3 business days): $9.90
  

• Standard Shipping (3–6 business days): $6.90
  

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier volume and destination.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned - we’re working on it!

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@madcha.com and we’ll assist in locating your package.

Incorrect Shipping Information
