Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value and destination. Free shipping is offered on all orders over $45. 

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don’t receive tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us at hello@madcha.com

Shipping Delays
Please note that shipping timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, but we will always assist in locating delayed packages where possible.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened items.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you experience any issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@madcha.com with your order number and a photo of the product.

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund.
